Refund policy

If you are not 100% happy with your styles, returns for unwashed and unworn styles with tags still attached will be accepted within 7 days for an in store credit. 

Face book message is the best way to contact us if have any issues with your purchase. You can also send us an email at wildwithgraceboutique@gmail.com with your order confirmation number and the word "return" in the subject line. We will not refund items that do not comply with our customer return policy.

Online Return Policy

We all love online shopping, but we completely understand that sometimes styles don't work out. If your return complies with our general return policy please contact us (via facebook or email) within 24 hours of receiving your order. After you notify us of your intention to return, returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. A store credit will be issued. We do not offer return labels.

A refund for the price of the item will be granted after the return is received by mail and inspected by our shipping team. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process after you have been notified that the return has been approved. Return postage and the original shipping cost will not be refunded. We do not offer return labels.

In-Store Return Policy (Pop up or market Events)

Receipt must be present for all in-store returns. A store credit will be issued. 

Returns for the price of the item are granted within 7 days of the purchase when returned to the store by mail of original purchase. Items must be undamaged, and styles must be un-washed, and unworn with tags on. After 7 days, returns are accepted with the same conditions for store credit only up to 14 days post-purchase.

No returns are accepted after 14 days.

items purchased inside the Queen Bee location cannot be returned. They offer dressing rooms inside the building.
